Configuration Manager is extended to automatically generate specific Windows Embedded device collections, aggregating similar devices into manageable groups. Utilizing Device Manager Enterprises can now easily and quickly apply changes, while maintaining security through efficient management of Microsoft Write Filter. Use a single management console for PCs, Servers, and Windows Embedded devices, extending capabilities of Configuration Manager. Improve insight and control through richer inventory of information unique to embedded devices. Simplify and streamline embedded device administration and compliance through easy and flexible provisioning.
