- I downloaded and opened it. I see it in my tray. Now what? It says all you have to do is press the hot key. Okay, what's the hot key? No instructions are given. None on this page either. I went to their website and AVG immediately blocked a Trojan backdoor program. So...yeah, uninstalled.
