Rename, save, and delete htm files without using a navigator.
SafeHtmRename safe rename htm files with accompaning folder (_files, or _fichiers in french version of windows). No more need to open on navigator, save as, and delete old file. SafeHtmRename do it for you by changing all references to _files folder in the html code. Take care of not allowed characters and coded characters (%20 for blank). It can be installed to be accessible by the right-button Menu on any htm file in explorer.
