• Lots of cool features and works great!

  Pros

  After researching and testing several webcam applications this one came out on top as it did exactly what I wanted it to which is take a snapshot every 3 seconds and save it to my network drive. I then wrote an application with AutoPlay Media Studio 8.1 which pulls in the image every 3 seconds and displays it in the format I want. This allows me to view the area the webcam is pointed at from anywhere in my network. It even allows me to put a customized clock right on top of the image so that I know its updating. There are a lot of settings for this application and its setup in a hierarchy where you drill down through categories to get to the setting you want. This was a little odd to get used to at first and it took me a while to figure out the application but if you are a little tech savey you can figure it out in a few minutes. If you aren't all that tech savey it may take you longer and you may have to refer to the manual or user forums but you should be able to figure it out.

  Cons

  Not the most intuitive or user friendly design but with so many settings it makes sense. Way better than any other app I tried and its stable from my experience running it on Windows 7 64 bit. Other webcam apps I tried would start erroring after a day or two of continuous webcam snapshots while this one doesn't have any problem.

  Summary

  Great product if you are looking for ways to monitor or record your webcam. Very customizable and tons of features and settings which I appreciate as it allowed me to tailor it to my exact needs. Price is a little high for personal use but if using for business or security purposes it is priced right. Highly recommend!

  Pros

  You don't have to have an annoying watermark. You can add your own if you want! So many options! I was baffled! I love the effects the most. Very fun. A really thorough program. Anything you need is here.

  Cons

  For anyone who is new to the software, it can be a bit overwhelming figuring out how to use it. (But now that I do, I don't want any of the options to go away.)

  Summary

  Get it. Take a few minutes out of your time, go through ALL the options and bells and whistles. It looks like a lot of fun and it is!

  Countless options. Perfect for nearly any use. Straight-forward design, quick and simple to make changes.

  It needs a little more documentation, some of the features don't make sense.

  the only thing i liked about this was that it was an easy download.

  i didnt like all the choices like i was supposed to know how to make a real movie. or an avi i mean. there was nothing here that i liked and everything was way too complicated.
