WhizKids Multimedia PC Tutor 2006 English Primary 4 for Windows

WhizKids is a curriculum-based English learning software used by many schools and students in Singapore. It has been written according to syllabus stipulated by the Ministry of Education. By providing a self-paced learning approach, WhizKids is very effective in helping your kids improve grades. WhizKids focuses on understanding of concepts, not just rote learning.

The software has 4 areas of activities Grammar, Vocabulary, Cloze Passage, and Comprehension. There are about 1000 questions to test your child's ability to read passages, understand grammatical concepts and learn new words. In the vocabulary section, for example, every question may involve the learning of 4 or 5 new words. By the end of the year, WhizKids will have added about 1000 new words to your child's vocabulary. More importantly, WhizKids not only explains the meaning of these words but also teaches your child how to pronounce and even construct sentences using these words.
