Won't Work, Error Message LP5 When Unpacking.

Pros
I like visual cues for learning Chinese characters, and so I was open to the concept.
Cons
At the company's website, some of the sample visual animations for learning the Chinese characters seemed too stretched beyond the normal form to be suggested by the original form. I would like to have seen more, but the faulty download file prevented me from seeing anything more.
Summary
The company needs to focus on a clean, no bugs, download file that opens and installs without problems.
