This software refused to work from the start and the people who were glad to take my money refused to even reply to my requests for tecnical support.
Summary
I installed the product as instructed and used it to open my webmail. With an email opened in the software's viewing pane I tried to save it to a local folder. With the email in the background I got an error message stating: 'Unable to read message. Are you sure message is displayed?" Obviously, with the email displayed in the viewing window I was sure it was displayed. I tried with different email messages and got the same results. What really bothers me though, is for the next two weeks I emailed the company at the email address listed with the software and on my web receipt and they refused to even reply. The only thing this software is good for is to waste your time -- and money. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge since they wouldn't answer my pleas for help.

It's nice to be able to save the emails to the hard drive, which is why I downloaded this program in the first place.
Cons
1. Hard to use. At first it didn't work at all, then it decided to work. <p>2. If you get emails in any other language than English- don't even bother downloading this. It won't accept the scripts. <p>3. Saves only text, not photo attachments (which is good and bad, but you's want to have the option to choose) <p>4. Never got a reply to my email to support. <p>5. It costs money! I'd pay, to get this if it was WAY more improved than what it is now.

This program has a lot of good features, and could even be great if the programmer would listen to suggestions, or even RESPOND to e-mails asking questions. For instance, when Yahoo! changes their e-mail system, which they do from time to time, will this program be updated to handle the new system? No answer. The spam filter keywords identify a lot of mail that isn't spam as spam, but given the huge amount of default words in the list, it's nearly impossible to figure out which ones are mis-identifying the e-mails as spam, so you don't know what keywords to delete from the list. I asked if there could be a user-determined-filter that identifies certain addresses as non-spam. No answer. There is also a bug in which the e-mail listing page is not refreshed after you read and/or delete mail. This guy's apparently not going to do anything to support or improve his program. Best feature: the ability to store and organize messages on your hard drive with one click. The number you can save is limited in the trial version. I've decided not to buy it due to the fact that the programmer seems uninterested in helping users or improving his product. If you buy it, you take a chance that it will be useless next time Yahoo! or Hotmail change their e-mail systems. I'd recommend giving it a try, but you'll ultimately be frustrated.

I think this is a great idea! I've already been able to save tons of space in 2 accounts...i'd rather pay a few dollars once for this than keep getting spam from hotmail trying to sell me more space. Very cool. Lots of good features. I did not have any of the anti-virus problems reported byt the other user.

Passed must with Mcafee and haven't had any problem -- so far works great, best tool for yahoo email I have seen
