This program's claim to fame is its ability to change your desktop wallpaper randomly or at an interval you determine, but several limitations hamper its effectiveness. First, Wallpaper Changer provides no tools to sort your images, allowing you only to delete those you don't want to appear. Second, it can take wallpapers only from one folder. Finally, while the full version works with BMP and JPEG images, the trial version handles only BMP files, which greatly diminishes its usability. The interface is bland but relatively easy to understand, and your selection is quickly applied. A handy option is the ability to change settings from the icon in the System Tray. However, we see little point in downloading the utility because you can easily find freeware with a larger feature set.
Just rubbish. DOn't buy it. Like the CNET reviewer said - get one of the (much better) free ones.

Cons
I think some developers think they can throw any old piece of garbage together and people will be dumb enough to pay for it. This is so crippled and useless I'd just give it a miss.
