Summary
Beware of VPNDirect. The service is defunct, but once you subscribe to it, you cannot unsubscribe. Every year I am going through the process of challenging their charge on my PayPal account.
Free for 1 mo. Slower than avg. Doesn't fully uninstall

Pros
1. Free version is free 2. Was able to watch Amazon Instant Video, Netflix, & listen to Spotify from abroad
Cons
Only free for 1 month. Windows Uninstall will not uninstall the entire VPNdirect program; using Windows to uninstall and then re-installing the program will not enable you to use VPNdirect for another month for free.
Summary
Good for temporary use if you don't need fast download speeds. Beware that progam does not fully unistall using Windows Uninstall.
