Create secure CGI scripts to process your Web sites forms.

Visual Form Mail makes it easy to create powerful and secure CGI scripts to process forms on your Web site. You can create scripts that validate the information entered by users, send custom email messages (such as a thank you or confirmation to the user or a copy of the data entered to the web master), save data to a text file on your server, and display a custom confirmation page to the user. Simply point and click to create your script and then upload it to your server in the same way you upload HTML pages.

The output from scripts can be completely customized to match the design of your Web site, giving a professional appearance. Data entered by the user can be merged into both email messages and the HTML confirmation page displayed to users. Visual Form Mail scripts include built-in security features that prevent spammers from hijacking your scripts. Version 1.5 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Lack of features and difficult to use. In this web 2.0 days, I think using those Software-as-a-Service solution is better. Check out the ones from freedback.com, aidmas.com, formrouter.com...etc. Who want to deal with those complicated CGI scripts anymore?

I had a form ready to go, but when I tried to open it, I immediately got a message that I had to upgrade to the paid version because I had more than 8 fields. No good to me.

I was very disappointed to get to the final step of this form creation and find that it required $49.99 in order to generate the html page necessary to complete the form.

Visual Form Mail is a sublime product for both web novices and experts. One need not have learnt HTML or CGI for that matter. It's user-friendliness is also remarkable.
Cons
However, after ordering the full version via credit card, I am, three weeks later, a worried man. My bank says the transaction went through, I have not heard from Oneseek either through email or otherwise and there's nothing in the mail (yet) despite the fact that I submitted my shipping info and other contacts, including telephone and email. Since the only contacts on the ir website are email addresses, I emailed them twice and got nil response to date. Help!

You don't have to be a programmer. You don't have to know anything about cgi/pl... you don't even have to know html. Any body with a WYSIWYG editor can make a CGI script out of this. And it works like magic.

I was able to create a script that hanldes my forms in about 5 minutes. Very easy to use!!
