Stylizer is a CSS editor that lets you create and edit CSS substantially faster than other methods, without loss in control. It is a completely external CSS editing system that lets the user open a web site URL, modify the design in real-time right on a browser, and then save the CSS directly back to the server via FTP, SFTP, or others. Stylizer works with any CSS-based web site, regardless of the server software or content management system (if any). Important features include: Bullseye (an HTML element selecting tool similar to Firebug), a grid-based editor that ensures an error-free work environment, Remote Control (implement common CSS design practices with a single click).
