RGB Flop allows you to pick the color from any pixel on the screen, then edit it, and then get its hex or decimal value to use into HTML code or wherever else you need. Easy and fast. The program has only 48 KB and needs no installation, so that you can run it from a memory stick or even a floppy disk.
