Visolve for Mac

Visolve is the software that transforms colors of the computer display into the discriminable colors for various people including people with color vision deficiency, commonly called color blindness. One of its aims is to help people with color blindness guess a normal color. In addition to the color transformation, it provides the following two functions: the filtering darkens all colors other than the specified color, and the hatching draws different hatch patterns depending on color.

Visolve consists of two components: Deflector and Toolbar. Visolve Deflector is a window based application, it transforms colors in a specified area on the display, or colors of the entire screen. Visolve Toolbar appears on the desktop status bar at the right side of the menu bar, it transforms colors of the entire screen.
