It's not the point and click like some others. I tried it on a mac OS 10.6. The computer would completely lockup for for at least 20 minutes at a time. Even the clock stopped working but it wasn't froze. There is no way to cancel a task and no way to tell how far along a task is. Just a warning on the main window about don't force quit once you started a task because it may damage the system. Tell you what, even if I have to reformat the HD it would be quicker than this scan.
Summary
The best I can tell it's just maintenance scripts and disk permissions kind of stuff. The normal voodoo that the computer does on it's own or can do with software provided by apple (like disk utility) this program just gives you a one stop place for it all and in my opinion it's poorly done.

There are a lot of useful utilities included in this application. I'm sure some of them will come in handy in the future...BUT

I ran every "optimization" scan and rebooted. I haven't noticed any improvement in system performance

No indication of which process is running currently in the "All Tasks" option of "Maintenance". Clock-work indicator should be more prominent.
