The Visitor Management System software provide the building owner (commercial / housing) with the ability to monitor, manage and audit the visitor visit to the building. The software is simple to use and can be deployed with standard data capture accessories such as barcode, smart card, cctv security, passport scanner and webcam. We also provide integration services if required to customize the software based on user requirement if required. The following are the functions included in the software. Features 1. Dashboard & Menu Access 1.1. The dashboard access provides a user friendly access to the main functions of the application. 1.2. Menu access provides a menu tool bar with dropdown sub menu. This detailed form of access can be used to manage the application. 2. Visitor check in (REGISTERED, IN, OUT, DELAYED, EXPIRED) 2.1. Visitor check-in using scanner automatically 2.2. Visitor check-in using ID search for repeated visitor. 2.3. Visitor information can be updated automatically 2.4. Visitor total visits will be displayed. 3. Visitor check out 3.1. Automatic visitor check-out using badge drop out box. 3.2. Manual visitor check-out using VMS application 3.3. Detailed view of visitors still IN building 3.4.
