PDF Meld Application for Windows

Modify PDFs by either merging or overlaying them, add page number, add text or stamps. Create PDFs from .jpeg images, MP3's or movie (.mov, .mpeg, or flash) files. Pull select pages from PDFs to create new PDFs. Also allows changes to existing page size, document attributes, minor text replacement and highlighting. Apply security (password protection) and 128-bit encryption. Add or modify the bookmark structure. Embed other files like Excel or Word files into the PDF.

Version 7.2 adds ability to use .jpeg, .mp3, and movie files as input, in addition to PDF.
