  As I remember, motion detection did not work on xp sp3 and when I tried to reinstall a few minutes ago, it erred twice. New download each time.

  Pros

  Does it all pretty well. Given the number of options and the price, this is pretty much the best vaule out there for multiple cameras. It was a snap to get working, but as listed in the cons, was a lot of work to get it set up just like I wanted.

  Definitely not the slickest interface compared to many similar programs I looked at. But this one is just about the most sophisticated of the bunch, with just about every feature available. Unfortunately the structure of the menus does make it a chore to get it working just like you want. It is not the most intuitive program I've used. But I recommend you stick with it because this one does work well, in the end isn't that hard to figure out, and the price is right.
