couldn't even use it for more than a minute

- I downloaded it, the free version, and every time i clicked to see my buddy list with it, it would say that the file needed to do that didn't download and then you'd click ok and then the program would close. and this is a 15-time trial use so every time it closes you loose a turn. It also closed if you try to click help or anything that would be of use to using it. It had an overall good look and video quality, but you can't use it...
