Features include remote shell and telnet terminal emulation control, security and reliability, supports HTTP connect, SOCKS4, SOCKS4A, and SOCKS5 proxy servers, support for IPv6 next generation Internet protocol, supports event-driven (Asynchronous) and blocking (Synchronous) design, fully documented, and Telnet client samples in VB.NET, C#, and ASP.NET.

In addition to supporting SSH shell and SSH Terminal Emulation Control, the component also includes set of classes for executing commands on Telnet servers, as well as a Telnet Terminal Control for Windows Forms application and a Telnet Virtual Terminal class.
