This program cleverly improves the organization of contact information by using outside resources. The design and organization of TwinGrid Address Book reflect the old-school paper-spreadsheet style of alternating shaded rows. The installation doesn't put a shortcut on either the desktop or in the Start menu, which means you can only launch it through its folder in the Program Files directory. Of course, as in any address book, the program lets you record all possible information about a person, including name, address, zip code, phone number, e-mail address, and Web site. Its most interesting feature, Internet Map, looks up street addresses in Yahoo's mapping app. The organizer can't send e-mails on its own, however, instead leveraging the e-mail client you already have. Even though the software doesn't function with true independence, that doesn't affect its functionality. TwinGrid Address Book offers enough additional features to suit professional use.
Can't copy and paste between cells. Couldn't find help files or documentation. New entries retain some data from previous record. Can't uninstall it (not listed on Windows Add or Remove Programs, uninstall selection on menu does not execute)!!!

Yes indeed, I am real glad I read others' opinions first, enough to warn me off this program. It clearly says "FREE" - but what they MEAN is a free "mini-DEMO" version is FREE. Oh well, there are plenty of other REPUTABLE dealers one can choose.

What a crock! Lists as FREE, but limits you to just 10 entries! Guess it's cool if you just have 10 friends, I have 11!

I don't have a problem with this being a demo version, but it should have SAID so in the description. Ten records is useless as an evaluation for my needs.
