Still you can get more information by looking at the employees detailed report. Efficiency Rate does not treat employees equally. Employees are divided by groups called Patterns. A Patterns are the set of the rules we apply to analyze employee statistics. This allows Efficiency Rate not only to track time, but also to calculate how productive an employee was and how much time he/she spent for the benefit of the company.
