A very informational program, but it takes a while to start up(And I have a fast computer!). I think I used it for a high school biology assignment. To bad it costs $40. I think the company should lower the price-I simply can't afford it. The free Grow'em 2000 plant encycopedia at Simtel.com doesn't provide as comprehenise information as this does, but has MANY more plants, is free, searchable, and doesn't really freeze ever for me. So I rarely use this, because Grow'em 2000, aka. plants.exe is so much easier to use and has many more plants.
