does not have a pitch control -- so I uninstalled it
nonstop5000
Pros
Installed quickly and without problems.
Cons
There is a sliding control for "pitch" but in reality it only changes the speed of the playback. A slow speed makes the sound pitch drop. It will not allow you to change the pitch without changing the original speed.
Summary
Did not keep it. Uninstalled it. The sliding control is labelled "pitch" but it should have been labelled "speed." To me, it seems like this player is inferior to Real Player and Windows Media Player.
Finnally! A nice player that is truly free.

Pros
Looks good and works good. Great for beginners. I really like the feature "automix" that automatically transitions to the next song (which is a simple feature that free players sometimes don't have).
Cons
Somewhat small buttons (I'm running 1024x768 desktop resolution)

Nice looking and works ok most times
armensoft--2008
Pros
I really liked the automatic fader. The nice looking design is attractive too.
Cons
It is hard to control the playlist. It kept on changing and loading songs of its own liking. I could not easily select songs and add them to the playlist...

EZ to use for DJs
siouxsysioux
Pros
I love using this on my laptop for "mixing" at DJ events... I just put on my headphones, turn some knobs and let Tplayer do the work. Easy to make playlists segue for you like a pro! If you hate WindowsMedia (too complicated), you'll like this. Very simple and not overdone.
Cons
Not much I don't like, though I've had weird problems with files playing slow, but fine after rebooting my computer. Tplayers fault? I dunno?
Summary
Good Mixing Software
Clintmax
Pros
T-Player is MP3 mixing software that allows one to mix the music files on the hard drive just like at a club or on the radio. The install is easy and quick and the user interface is nice looking. It takes some getting used to as far as what button does what and I suggest exploring each section immediately after installation. The sound quality is fine, and I have had no issues with my integrated sound card using T-Player.
Cons
There is no "Help" function anywhere in the software. One has to go to the manufacturer website to find out any information or to get help with issues. One of the things T-Player doesn't have that it really needs is keyboard shortcuts. Every operation has to be performed with the mouse which can be cumbersome. I would not suggest the software for professionals who wish to use it in clubs or at gigs. The lack of keyboard operation makes it too hard to keep up with fast paced mixing. It is more geared to the home user who just wants to play with mixing their MP3's. The buttons one has to push to operate the software are small and so precise clicking is necessary. There is no "Main Volume" slider, only the individual deck volume controls. All in all, T-Player is fun to play with, but is lacking the major functions needed by professional DJ's.

Good simple music mixer
OnionTerror
Pros
I like the mixing function. It does it automatically or you can change the settings. I plan to use this when I open my bar as it's a good substitute for a DJ or gaps between songs. You can use it for parties, too.
Cons
It doesn't have many functions and it can't read song titles if they're not conventionally labelled but it's good for free.

Load and play forever
VexOne
Pros
Load the folders containing the music you want to play (fast!), click on the quick mix button and hit play. Now it plays all the selected tracks randomly and seamlessly, no gaps! Really easy to use. You can also mix the tracks manually, but I haven't bothered trying. Have better things to do than pretending to be a DJ by myself..
Cons
Could have looked a little slicker, but who sits around watching music play, anyways?

Looks easy, but is'nt
djfxw
Pros
Looks good, sounds good.
Cons
loading 2 files to mix between left and right player is not as user friendly. Seems to be defaulted to play your whole playlist between left and right. Author should split the playlist with a left deck and right deck so you can click the files you want to play on what ever side you want played in. No "help" icon to refer to intergrated on program except going to the website that doesnt have a "help" link. Need a mixer program that helps take away a lot of thinking when "live", because you already have a lot on your mind. Would donate money to author and use all the time if author is willing to make user friendly changes.
