  Could not get past step one of the purchase process...also the trial version only gives you a few seconds of the download.. and the way that the downloads are filed you have to guess which one you are interested in..The other reviewer is correct..It is very confusing

  video player enters stored videos and converts to their files and then cannot play them. removed video player and then converted files could not played on other players. ruined a number of irreplaceable videos.

  i consider this program no different than any other virus.

  Pros

  I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about, this program works for all my videos. If you read the publishers site you must use Internet Explorer to view the vidoes. If you follow those instructions it works without a hitch. Love it, better than anything else out there. I bought a copy so I could save YouTube.com videos because the free version doesn't let you do that.
