TS INFO was created for tracking information like program bugs, daily business transaction, and company equipment. User can create their own information table and change their field names according to the tracking event. In initial stage, INFO connected only Oracle database. But the tracking event could be stored in different system and INFO needs to connect multiple databases. INFO now connects three different databases, Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.
