  I was in dire need to recover my iphone data as it got stuck while I was trying to upgrade to iOS7. this software received a thumbs up from me.

  Pros

  i bought this to recover photos which i had deleted from my phone accidentally. the software got them back for me. not just photos, i got back vidos, contacts SMS etc as well

  Pros

  - recovers SMSes, contacts, photos etc - very easy to use - costs much less than other similar softwares in the market

  Cons

  they have really good instructions and video tutorials for each step. however, their support is email based only and there is no telephonic support that they provide.

  Pros

  Lost my iPhone 4S yesterday. This software saved me. Super easy to use. I just had to select an output directory and click recovery button. Took it less than 1 minutes and I got back all my photos and videos with text messages, contacts and all the important notes.

  Cons

  Everything works as promised. I'm very happy with the product.

  Summary

  Must have software, even if you haven't lost your phone. Helps you maintain a backup of all your data for those hard times when you don't have the phone and still need the data.
