Little health monitoring tool for Windows that was developed to remind eagerly screenworkers not to work too much and to make pauses from time to time. The program runs minimized in the system tray during the daily work and reminds the user to the specified pauses and maximal work time per day.

Version 1.4 added where on reminder timeout, show modal dialog with countdown (downwards from 3 min. to 0s) for remaining time until "forced end".
