The Garuda Preference Profile is a professional, full-scaled, state-of-the-art HRM tool for tasks such as recruitment, team building, and performance evaluations. The tool is also ideal for analyzing and describing the demands of a given position, enabling you to recruit the right people for the right jobs. The software is easy-to-use and comes complete with questionnaires, interpretations, statement analysis, and report-generating facilities.

Furthermore the tool has a built-in, comprehensive statistical section where you, among other things, can compare the profiles of your employees with each other. Or use the 1600 real-life benchmark profiles already installed in the program. As an extra facility you can use the Garuda Online Test System that enables you to have respondents fill in the questionnaire on the Internet.

This tool practically does the job for employee evaluations and development plans. What I particulary like is the obtion of being able to create statistics within the company. From the profiles of our best salespeople I was able to create a jobprofile for future hires!! Absolutely perfect - have never seen anything like it!
