  I don't know where Garuda was hidding all these years - they deserve to be better known. I am amazed at this tool, its simplicity but yet advanced features. Try it out!

  Seems to fit all the needs in our newly created HR-department. We had a small problem saving an 360-Profile as pdf - but the support people at Garuda were marvellous, highly recommendable!

  This tool practically does the job for employee evaluations and development plans. What I particulary like is the obtion of being able to create statistics within the company. From the profiles of our best salespeople I was able to create a jobprofile for future hires!! Absolutely perfect - have never seen anything like it!
