  Does almost everything you need it to do in a professional services environment, or other time-based fee industry. Simple to use, very configuable. Used it since the first available release.

  Cons

  Needs to be updated more frequently. No limits on billable projects.

• "Best Way to track your time!"

  Pros

  Intuitive, flexible and most importantly EASY to use. As a consulting clinical psychologist I have many clients with several different agencies, this program is the easiest way I've found to track my client contacts, even on the road.

  Cons

  Like any complex billing program or database program figuring out how you want things set up can take some planning/time. Eventhough it doesn't have the most attractive interface, the invoices come out very up-to-date & that's what matters.

  Summary

  Excellent program! Allows me to catch EVERY billable moment with ease. Whenever the phone rings I pick up my handheld, click a couple pull-down menus, hit the stopwatch and boom I'm on the clock. I used to lose so much time with the little post-it notes as reminders of phone contacts. I can create filters to generate reports or invoices based on any of the fields. The program is very intuitive and easy to use. I can produce invoices very easily and it allows me to keep good track of what I billed and what is outstanding.

• Helped me organize my billing

  Pros

  Before buying this software I used to write in any paper the time I spent working for each client. At the end of each month I had lots of little papers to sum and many other lost... <p>This software has helped me organize that aspect of my job and now I can't function without it. The feature it has are all that is needed. <p>If you work billing the time you work, I think you won't find a better tool than this one, honestly. <p>If you need something like this, give a try. You'll end buying it on the second day of the trial period.

  Cons

  It could be a little more attractive... the interface makes you feel you are using an old program which i not true. <p>Apart from the "looks" NOTHING else is wrong with this tool.
