The DME Calculator is a free, advanced calculator for windows. It is a small, very flexible program, a mixture between a simple calculator and a programming language. Since version 3 it has a built-in GUI editor for easy creation of dialog windows with buttons, scrollbars and edit fields etc. Besides basic calculations the DME Calculator has the following features: * Many predefined mathematical functions * Use of variables, like in the expression a = 2, 5*a * Easy to use 2D graphic- and function plotter * Text output window for displaying intermediate results and other text * Definition of functions e.g. define(f(x);2*x), meaning f(x) := 2 * x, full recursive programming supported * Flow control statements like if(), for(), while() like in a normal programming language * File I/O for numerical multi-column ASCII files and text files * Supports serial communication via RS232 port * Multiple expressions in one single file * On-line syntax check * Fast execution speed * On-line function description * Data Modelling with a modified Levenberg-Marquardt fitter * Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs) * Creation of customized dialog windows.
