Travel around the world using this Google Desktop gadget, with pictures, information, .kmz files, and links to Wikipedia pages about cool places. You have 3 buttons. The first button toggles the display, changing the size of the gadget (which is remembered between uses) so its easier to place it where ever you want. The gadget changes the featured location every time you start your computer, but the first button also enables you to change it when you get bored.

The second button is actually a link to the Wikipedia page about the featured location and the third button is a link to a .kmz file which will take you to it in Google Earth. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
