This dll (which is all it really is) does absolutely nothing.
Summary
Found it on Software Informer as well without a download link or a website. It does nothing. Updated on Jan 10, 2011Ok so it does one thing. Its a google desktop add-on that displays a pic of a red bull can. The can crushes as you turn the sound (of the can crushing) down, and returns to normal as you turn it back up. It doesn't control system volume at all. Still an Epic Fail!
