  Summary

  Telebroad's Outlook integration gave me the ability to receive instant alerts on my taskbar of any incoming call to my Cloud phone system. It also matches the caller ID of the callers with the saved names inside my Outlook contacts & shows me that name instead. If a callers' phone is not found in my Phone book, it will give me the choice to save contacts. Best of all, it keeps a ledger of all incoming/outgoing calls, so I can look up the call history of any contact in Outlook I can add notes to each call too!
