tektek.org GaiaOnline Toolbar for Windows

For a toolbar designed to give access to such a fun site, this one is surprisingly plain.

The tektek.org GaiaOnline Toolbar consists of text with drop-down lists and a lot of wasted space. It's Spartan-like in its design and plain to the point of being boring. The only icons and color are found under the Gaia Tools and Gaia Online drop-down menus. It houses all the links you'll ever need to stay connected to your Gaia account, and each menu option quickly took us to the corresponding Gaia page. Despite the empty space on the toolbar, the typical toolbar extras, like a pop-up blocker or e-mail alerts, aren't included. The plain looks don't impact the functionality, though, and the toolbar works just fine.

This toolbar's looks don't match the fun Web site it leads you to, but if you're a member of the Gaia community, it gives you quick access at no charge. The only cost will be some lost real estate on your browser's toolbar.
