The Technogym App is the application that helps you lead a more healthy and active life.Measure and analyze the intensity of your activities through the Movergy Index, an innovative index that allows you to know immediately how active you are in every moment of your daily life.Train following the effective workouts certificated by Technogym and collect Moves to overcome your daily goal.Learn how to improve your health by following the Wellness Cards advices on the main issues related to the world of sport and the physical and mental wellbeing .Other features are:- Measuring and analyzing your outdoors workouts (walking or cycling) through the GPS- Tracking functionality- Integrating the data of the training done in the gym thanks to the Mywellness Cloud- Sharing your results on the major Social Networks.- Support for the M7/M8 co-processor in iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plusBATTERY CONSUMPTION Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Technogym has been designed to use GPS and other sensors sparingly. The app relies mostly on acceleration data on iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c. Movement recognition can be disabled for these models in Settings > Movement Settings. It is disabled by default on iPhone 4.IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT iPhone 4, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c Technogym needs to run continuously in the background to track your movement: Ensure that you have BACKGROUND APP REFRESH turned ON for Technogym (iPhone Settings > General > Background App Refresh)
