Full Code is a realistic emergency room in your pocket. Diagnose and treat a wide range of realistic 3D patients. This is a serious game, engaging and educational. Full Code is for pre-med and medical students, residents, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and paramedics. Our cases cover an array of essential emergency conditions and are designed to help you improve your performance through detailed feedback. Begin by taking a history and performing a physical exam, then generate a list of potential diagnoses and use bedside tests, labs and imaging to make the final diagnosis. The environment makes a variety of pharmacologic interventions and consultants available, but you will have to analyze the data and decide what is really indicated to stabilize and definitively treat the patient. At the end of each case, you will be graded on your performance, including scoring in the following areas: history, physical exam, differential diagnosis, initial stabilizing interventions, diagnostic testing, definitive treatment, consultation/communications, final diagnosis and final disposition. In addition, your debrief will walk you through the differential and correct diagnosis, as well as the essential diagnostic and therapeutic interventions required to save the patient. Every case is designed by a Massachusetts General Hospital emergency physician with fifteen years of experience training emergency medicine residents.
