• Wonderfully easy to use

  Pros

  The most important thing about a task manager is that it be quick and easy to use - you are likely to be constantly adding, updating and removing tasks. TaskPilot excels at this - creating and updating a task can almost entirely be done from one screen, with only one click required to do things like change priority or percentage completion. Sorting your tasks is also child's play - you can organise by category, priority, owner, and more. You can also sort your tasks into folders, subfolders, tasks and subtasks, and easily move between all of these. This product may not be quite what you're looking for, but you absolutely must give it a try.

  Pros

  Easy to understand. Using the Microsoft Windows Explorer layout is easy to use. Folders have Tasks. Each folder can have subfolders...and so on. The ability to add subtasks is also a nice feature. Something other software hasn't been able to do yet.

  Pros

  Goes far beyond the features provided by Outlook for time management.. I like the ability to use multiple databases, allowing me to separate my work and personal tasks.. TaskPilot provides the tools to fully manage every aspect of my schedule, even providing a choice of skins for a customized look and feel.

  I have worked with many time management tools in my time and this is unequivocally the most seamless system that I've seen! TaskPilot is very robust, fast and comprehensive. I have found it to not only meet my expectations, but to go far beyond and exceed them. <p> <p>The different layers of TaskPilot allow prioritization beyond the typical, high level 1, 2, 3's serve my needs very well because I can customize them to suit my lifestyle and workstyle. Additionally, the ability to link unlimited documents, pictures and virtually any file type to individual tasks is a fantastic feature, not to mention the real-time updating! Not only is this product the best combination of other task and time management applications but it has many new features and is totally customizable. I have free-rein to customize the screen design and layout to suit my needs and the things that I do most frequently. I can also customize all the priorities, terms, categories, etc. There is no question that this full feature system is the best! <p> <p>TaskPilot is very user friendly, intuitive and usable by the novice to the most computer savvy of people. The help files are thorough and detailed making any task or customization a snap. There is no question that TaskPilot is far superior to any other applications of this type. I for one, am not only satisfied, but I am TaskPilot's Number One Fan!!! <p>~ Paula

  Pros

  This program is very intuitive, and very easy to use. They have done a very good job by adding the functionality of linking files with tasks. In my opinion this software is superior to the Task Management found in Outlook in many aspects. I would recommend this product to anybody looking for an easy to use and intuitive task management program.
