  I looked at more than a dozen quiz creators before choosing Quiz Builder. I couldn't be happier. No quiz, of course, can match every user's wants, but Quiz Builder certainly exceeds mine. Unlike some competitors, it's very affordable. It offers the flexibility of posing a variety of different types of questions (fill in the blank, true or false, multiple choice, among others). A big advantage for me was that you can time the quiz for however long you want to give users (and they see how much time they have remaining as they take the quiz). You can design almost every aspect of the quiz. The color scheme for the text and background is selectable from a color palette. Font size is also customizable. You can add a picture or image to every single question. You can write your own introductory or welcome message. You can score each question however you want and write the message that users will see based on the score they achieved. If you've chosen to time the quiz, you can see how long each user took. You can see their complete results, whether, for example, they skipped a question, answered it incorrectly or failed to finish before the time expired. Support is responsive and relatively fast. I've asked several questions and always gotten a prompt, personal and on-target answer. This is a very professional-looking quiz. It is easily uploadable to your website or blog. (It opens in a pop-up window.) As for the experience of the previous reviewer, that could be the result of the trial version. I would recommend going to Tanida's home page and watching the very detailed and elaborate tutorials. They will show you not only what the quiz looks like but each step in the process of building a quiz. Once I saw that, I did not fool with the trial version. I highly recommend Tanida Quiz Builder with no reservations whatsoever.

• Too many error messages

  Pros

  This trial looked pretty good from their website with all the features. I was anxious to try it.

  Cons

  After installing this all I got was a series of Access Violations messages(even after reinstalling) I cleaned it off my computer. Never could get it to run nor could I even create a question. It's gone now! Never again!
