Pros

Wide availability of data: You can view CPU, PCI, USB, Networks, and more through System Information Viewer.

Quick updates: As we changed the system's current operation, the data in the viewer seemed to update quickly and accurately.

Cons

Confusing interface: The menus and general interface are confusing without any explanation.

Cramped appearance: There is so much information in such a small space that it is very difficult to pick any useable piece of data out without very slowly reading the entire screen.

Bottom Line

This app reveals a huge amount of potentially valuable system information. However, trying to wade through all of the information to find the piece you're looking for can be problematic.

The program tell you 1. Ram type, speed and channel 2. CPU information (complete), cores and cash on board levels 3. a real time System File Cache, paging and physical memory counter and a wealth of other information

The install has too many options The program is not pretty

Not sure about the actual program, my but my PC security software, Kaspersky Pure, triggers a malware alert upon attempting to download this program from this location. I'd recommend not downloading this program from this site and instead looking for this program's official website. Most higher quality freeware already have their own official website that offers the program for download. The links those official websites provide to download the software will often lead to third party download sites like download.cnet.com or sourceforge.net, but with the added assurance that the link will bring you to a location where the software was actually uploaded by the programmers themselves rather than a random moron trying to use legitimate software to trick people into downloading an infected program.
Very useful freeware.

I downloaded the 64 bit version but when I went to install it I was told it was the wrong version for my machine. I am running 64bit Windows 7 so I have no idea what the install thinks it is doing
