Locks up, won't uninstall on Windows 8

Pros
Does good job of recognizing Zoom 3030 modem. Will actually send and receive a fax.
Cons
Poor documentation, possibly for older version of software. Frequently locks up (freezes) and has to be killed with Task Manager. Then un-install failed.
Summary
Not ready for use in Windows 8.
