Communique is designed to improve communication, including employee suggestions. Each department can have its own passdown messages for a specific topic or equipment. Messages are archived, searchable, and may be e-mailed. The electronic employee suggestion box is an ISO 9001:2000 compliant continual improvement tool. Suggestions may be reviewed by management, approved, actions assigned, and tracked through completion.
