  I installed this utility on an ASUS laptop. When I rebooted, all I was presented on my screen was a blinking cursor. I went onto the manfacturer's web site and they don't even post a users manual. Their FAQ sheet say to press "F", still nothing happens. Now I am with a dead laptop, with a dead product. BEWARE of this software

  I heard about this product through a friend. It's really cool. I can get to my email in less than 30 sec, where as it would have taken about 3-5 minutes through windows. Overall save my time and my laptop battery. I will use this for 30 days and then will decide to buy it. It's good for getting to your email when you are offline
