• Basic is free but is of no use. The usefull part +money

  Might have been good but you can't use it with current data.

  Yes, you got it... it's a 'con' to get you on the hook for monthly payments. You can't evaluate the program because it needs current data... which it wont let you do and the really good stuff is not open for you to use. I give it a 5 thumbs down!

  Data re not provider daily nor on time. It renders the program useless if you want to scan with the latest data.

  I am talking about the pro (paid version).... its a waste of money because the developer does not supply data on time. There is no reply when you write emails. I feel I was cheated! I tested the free version before making a purchase. It seemed to work fine even with the old 3 month data so I purchased the pro version with a yearly subscription of one stock exchange. After a couple of weeks, I stopped receiving the data on time and also missing some days. I wrote but received no reply. I decide to use PayPal's resolution center to get a refund. Few days later they sent out an email notifying they have technical problems providing the data. The email looks like they give customers notices but they did not reply to Paypal's resolution center about my complain. For 2 weeks the daily data was missing. I decided to give them a chance and stop escalating the complain at PayPal. After more than 2 weeks they sent the missing data, but still missing some. Again I wrote, they did not respond. I had not hope at this point. and assumed my $$ went to the drain. Some data came in again but on 30 June 2011 it stopped coming. For all of July till the time of writing, I still haven't received anything. This is what I have experienced with this vendor. Its only 2.5 months since I made the purchase. Basically there is no support, product not delivered as promised on website, no response to emails. You don't get what you should get, period! Don't even think about it! Or you'll regret!<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Oct 12, 2011<p/>I just want to update my review since written on July 8... Data are still missing on some days between July and August. Only 2 days of data were received in the entire month of September, and NOTHING at all in October.

  Download of databases will hang your system and cause you to shut all your internet explorer or whatever you use will have to shut down.

  I recognize sometimes there is no such thing as a free lunch especially in investing software. Before my last laptop died I remember having this porogram and am ot sure why I never used it. When I bought a new top of the line Toshiba Sattelite Laptop- bought it around Christmas 2009 and 6 Gigs of of RAM with a goo GB harddrive and an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600. I cannot tell you what the processor speed stacks up but with a brand new desktop with 6 GB RAM is not something to be twiddeling your thumbs waiting for something to upload. I live in America and as I also choose in nmy package besides maybe a business account-I get the highest speeds for uploading and down loading the fastest I can get as a personal user/home cable internet access. Once I got the program installed all systems check and start opening the program and basically have to download Data. So you follow their instructions and as you try downloading their data packets or whatever-every time my system would freez as basically this will takeover whatever internet functionality you have. So I make sure I have nothing currently running-hey, us lazy Americans leave all kinds of windows open. Same thing happens. I shut everything down and do a clean reboot-hey-yu never know. Once back up I decide to try agains and the same exact thing. I am no programmer nor am I completely dense about computers since in my line of work-I am always using tem. I finally try to email the company and get thisw email back stating our servers in Malaysia or some other Asian country-our servers are good to go so obviously the problem is on your end, not ours. Okay, I write back is there some common problems you are seeing from the USA maybe a conflict of somesort or maybe a fire wall that is stopping it-I ncannot be the only USA customer to that has this type of problem. Am told no-you are the first and the problem is not with us it is with you. I turn off any concievable fire wall, already turned all my virus and other like programs completely off-meanoing I am ready and should have no problems. Emailed one last time explaining what I did and ggot the same reply-everything is good to go on our software and harddrives, servors the problem is with you sir. I do not mean to sound like an ugly American or racist-when I have the system I have and everytime I try to ndo something with this program-it hangs and freezes. Just as anyone, we are willing to try something new take a look at an intro type product you are test driving or if happy have to sign up for their nmost professinal version. I have an E Signal feed and never have any kind of problems and excuse me-when you are in Malaysaia and everything is good at your end-I am no technician but that kjust does not cut it with me-maybe a bit dramatical but I am sure when we have men in outer space and something goes wrong I am almost positive astronauts are going to hear from Houston, "Eh Man, everything looks good down here-that is a you problem not a me problem"-I am sure by the time he utters those words NASA already cut his last paycheck. If you want to make money-a little respect , common sense and customer service goes a long way. I would never reccomend anything from this company.
