Very intuitive and clear, easy to use.
Cons
None, really.
Summary
It is easy to make backups of particular startup configurations, if the user wishes to experiment with different ones, to find the one which produces maximum performance. Easy to edit and change entries, the command line parameters and such. Highly recommend.

Identifies many of the startups and rates their usefulnes identifies those that can be safely shut down w/out effecting system invites users to contribute to the dastabase
Cons
Missing many id's, but that really isn't the software's fault, it needs more users to contribute to database.
Summary
Excellent way to clear out the useless fat from your system start up, especially if you run an HP or other brand that loads lots of crap on to the system to begin with
I find this the easyest way to control my startup menu!

I'm using StartEd since version 2.1 and since I'm installing a lot of software all the time this helps me out keeping the unwanted stuff from loading on startup and spare my RAM. Version 4.1 has a great new feature, it shows new items with a different color.
