SqlMyTunes will export your iTunes library to SQL and allow you to create playlists automatically, as well as perform updates, using stored procedures. Examples include creating a duplicates playlist, auto-updating Total Disc and Total Track counts, getting rid of those annoying "ghost" star ratings, creating an Albums Recently Played playlist, or you may want to quickly create a playlist for every artist that has more than five tracks that have been rated over three-stars.
