MP3Recorderer is a freeware Windows desktop app that allows you to create dated voice notes in compact Mp3 file format and play them with built in Mp3 player.

The program interface is simple. The program displays a list of the Mp3 recordings in reverse chronological order. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and the button to stop the recorder.The program also has a built in Mp3 player that you can play back the recordings.
