Simple to use and shows who is killing the system

Pros
Allows anyone, from helpdesk juniors, to senior DBAs to quickly glance at the screen and see if there are any processes that are using up CPU, or locking the system or tables.
Cons
The circles keep moving, which makes it hard to keep track, and the copy/paste of the SPID isn't as simple as you'd like.
