Will Not Initialize!

There is nothing good to say about a program that doesn't work.
Cons
This program fails to initialize on Windows Vista 32 bit. I turned off all virus protection, firewall and Defender. I was connected to the internet. Every time the program tried to initialize, I received a "Failure to initialize . . ." message.
