• ZERO customer support and does not work!!!!

  NO REDEEMING FEATURE AT ALL!!!!!!! I had to give it a one star rating as it is not possible to give a zero star rating!

  Everything about this app stinks! First it activated itself and then would not let me back into my phone. I emailed the alleged customer service and three days later I am still waiting. had I not had the savvy to get around it and junk it I would be still without a phone. Log onto their site and you will see they work only mon - fri regular hrs. so if your phone locks up on a friday you are well and truly stuffed!!!

  Summary

  Emails are not answered, product stinks..do yourself a favor and spare yourself a headache and march past this stinking app. It really is THAT bad trust me and the other users who have junked it!!!! Install it at your peril...you HAVE been warned!!!!!

  no online support contact for support does not work cant uninstall easily you can get very paranoid if u cant uninstall this software and u might think someone is watching you.

  Summary

  not recommended. had personal bad experience and i sent numerous emails requesting for help and no one helped me. very upset.

• Cool James Bond software!

  Pros

  Just downloaded the software which went smooth, then did an actual test. I was able to pin point the location of my computer right to the spot using the online back office. I also got to see pictures of myself and screenshots. Haha, worked flawless!

  Cons

  It be cool if it had some kind of siren or background voice saying: I am lost or something like, I am stolen...

  Summary

  This is definitely a software everyone should download to their computer. The company offers a free version of the software which allows 30 days of full functionality. After 30 days, the software will still be on your computer but it will disable some of the functionalities. I tested it from my office and it gave me the exact location when I looked it up on google street map. I could see pictures of myself in the online back office as well as screenshots of sites I browsed. I tried unlocking it when it went into lock mode but the only way doing so was to entering my password, which worked fine. They have it available for Android as well on their website but does not seem to be available on the market place yet?
