Great but very poor after sales.

I thought this program was great so bought the full product, however,When I reinstalled my system I needed to re register. To which James Tabb from customer services said would be no problem. Now approx. 6 emails later I still haven't been able to re register. Come on guys, what a let down. Hopefully I might get something done now!

I am no computer person and this is a real person (NOT WITH ANY AFFILIATED COMPANY) who wanted to see how this product was. In general, it is a GOOD product. It was easy to install and run, and it does what is says it will do (that is, to block pop-ups and delete addresses and such). HOWEVER, realize that although it will not save any internet addresses, PEOPLE CAN STILL SEE WHAT WEBSITES YOU HAVE GONE TO BY LOOKING AT YOUR HISTORY!!! That part isn't deleted. Overall, good product BUT caveat emptor!!!

SmoothSurfer does a great job getting rid of most pop-ups. I have noticed a few get through, but nothing's perfect. I definitely recommend this product over any other.
